We have a no refund policy; however, an exchange will be offered in the event of any damage in transit. Please send photographic evidence of the damage that occurred. Once an order has been placed, we can no longer edit any details or cancel your order.

If the shipment details or any other variable are incorrect then we are not to be held responsible and the buyer would be accountable for all fees on the transaction. The customer is responsible of entering accurate information, please double check all entries. 

For overseas purchases, please be aware that some additional import tax may apply. Recent changes due to Brexit have meant extra custom duty charges, the UK government is yet to release a clear guide in regard to this.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions and all banking fees if artworks are returned to us, gorepaw.com are not liable for any loss or damage because of this process.
