Shortly after being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, he is briefed by the World President. He must undertake a dangerous mission to track down aliens that are attacking people and making them ill. He volunteers, alongside some of his elite team, to be shrunk down to the size of atoms to fight these invaders. Later, he meets Riley the Puppy, a new pet rescued by Torz, and they become firm friends. He then faces perhaps the biggest threat he has ever encountered, Dangerous Teddy, a renegade soldier from the Teddy Verse an alternate reality where teddy bears are real and alive.

Dangerous Teddy is on the run after stealing from his military squad. He has one goal: to become the richest being in the multi-verse. He acquires a time bouncer, a watch that allows him to travel forward in time and space, and another watch that allows him to shapeshift to hide from his enemies. Hot on his tail is Blessing and General Jasper Pink of the Time Cops. Another battle ensues as they face an enemy that is threatening not just time but all of space as well.
